Monthly IT management for your office, priced per computer.

For offices with roughly 3 to 20 computers that want someone accountable for their computers, accounts and everyday support. Every plan is priced per computer with no base price and no minimum, includes onboarding, and is run by the same people who handle the security side. Support on Managed and Complete is unlimited during business hours with no per-ticket charge.

No. Each service is scoped on its own. Many managed IT clients never need an AI project, and many advisory clients keep their existing IT provider. We connect the work when it helps your business, and we say so when it would not.

Managed IT is a monthly plan priced per computer, from $60 to $120 per computer per month depending on the plan and the size of your office, with no base price and no minimum. AI projects and security assessments are scoped and quoted as fixed projects. Ongoing security advisory is usually a monthly retainer sized to your business. We talk through the range that fits your situation before any commitment.

Small and mid-sized businesses across Northwest and Central Ohio and Southeast Michigan. Managed IT is built for offices with roughly 3 to 20 computers in and around Toledo. AI and advisory work is mostly delivered remotely, so the region is where we know the local landscape, not a hard limit.
