Managed IT for Toledo-area offices.

Ridgepoint Technologies is a Wood County firm that looks after the computers, accounts and everyday IT support for small and mid-sized offices across the Toledo area. Monitoring, patching, Microsoft 365 administration, security and backup, priced per computer with no base price and no minimum.

Based in Wood CountyFrom $60 per computer per monthOnboarding included

Most Toledo offices are too small for an IT department and too busy to be their own.

A law office downtown, a contractor in Maumee, a dental practice in Sylvania, a distributor near the port. Each has somewhere between three and twenty computers, a Microsoft 365 account someone set up years ago, a printer that only works on Tuesdays, and an office manager who has become the help desk by default.

The usual options are a break-fix technician who shows up after something has already gone wrong, or a managed service package built for fifty seats with a minimum fee to match. Neither fits an office of eight. Ridgepoint’s plans are built for exactly that office: one rate for every computer, set by the size of your office, with the support model and the security work spelled out in plain English.

And because the same firm handles AI and automation projects and cybersecurity advisory, the people managing your computers already understand the security side and can take on the next project when the day-to-day is under control.

Pick the scope. The price follows your computers.

Every plan includes onboarding, documentation, monitoring, patching and Microsoft 365 administration. Managed adds unlimited business-hours support and protected data. Complete adds full recovery and independent security testing. Rates below are per computer per month for an office of 1 to 5 computers; larger offices pay less per computer.

Servers and Microsoft 365 licences are separate. Projects, migrations, training, on-site visits and after-hours work are quoted separately. The full rate card, worked examples by office size and an estimator are on the Managed IT page.

Rooted in Wood County, working across the Toledo metro.

We look after offices in Toledo itself and throughout the metro: Perrysburg, Maumee, Rossford, Sylvania, Oregon, Waterville, Holland, Whitehouse, Bowling Green and the surrounding Lucas and Wood County communities. Support is remote-first, because that is how a password reset or a stuck update gets fixed in minutes rather than after a drive across town.

When hands on a machine are the right answer, new equipment, a network change, a move to a new suite, we are close enough to be there. The broader company region is Northwest and Central Ohio and Southeast Michigan; for managed IT we agree on remote support, any on-site work and the right coverage for your location before you commit.

What makes us a fit for a Toledo office.

Priced per computer, published up front

One rate for every computer in your office, set by the size of the office, from $60 a month. No base price, no minimum, no per-ticket charges on Managed and Complete. The rate card is on the website, so you can compare before you call.

Local, and remote-first on purpose

Ridgepoint is based in Wood County and works across Lucas and Wood County. Most issues are resolved remotely, which is faster for you. When being in the room is the right answer, a half-day on-site visit is a fixed add-on and we are close enough to make it.

Run by a security leader, not bolted on

The person managing your computers spent 25 years leading IT and security programs at enterprise scale, including a Fortune 500 brand. Endpoint security, backup verification and vulnerability scanning are part of the plans, not an upsell.

Plain English, no scare tactics

A monthly maintenance summary you can read, a quarterly check-in, and equipment replacement reminders based on the age and warranty of each machine. When something is not covered, we say so before you sign.

AI platforms your business can trust

When a Toledo office is ready for AI, the same team that manages the computers builds on the platforms your people already know.

Questions Toledo offices ask us.

Ridgepoint charges per computer per month, with one rate for the whole office set by its size. Foundation is $60, $55 or $50 per computer for offices of 1 to 5, 6 to 10, or 11 or more computers; Managed is $90, $80 or $75; Complete is $120, $110 or $100. Servers are $100, $150 or $200 a month each. A five-computer Toledo office on Managed pays $450 a month with no base price and no minimum. Microsoft 365 licences are separate.

Small offices are the point. The plans are built for businesses with roughly 3 to 20 computers: a law office downtown, a contractor in Maumee, a medical or dental practice in Sylvania, a family-owned distributor near the port, a nonprofit in the Old West End. Per-computer pricing means a three-computer office pays for three computers, not for a package designed for fifty.

Local. Ridgepoint Technologies, LLC is based in Wood County, Ohio, and serves Toledo, Perrysburg, Maumee, Rossford, Sylvania, Oregon, Waterville, Bowling Green and the surrounding Lucas and Wood County communities. The person you talk to on the first call is the person who manages your computers.

We review your setup, check the notice period in your current agreement, and time onboarding around it. Admin credentials are transferred, their management tools removed, documentation rebuilt and licences moved to one invoice if you want them there. You are never paying two providers or left uncovered in between.

Included support on Managed and Complete runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern, with no per-ticket charge and no monthly limit. Monitoring and patching run around the clock automatically. After-hours emergency work is available at $225 an hour with a one-hour minimum and is agreed with you first.

Yes, when it helps. Every plan is remote-first because that is how most issues are resolved fastest. On-site visits are a half-day add-on at $550, and being local means we can be there for new equipment, network changes or anything that genuinely needs hands on a machine.
