Give everyday IT a clear owner.

Computer problems, account changes, updates and vendor calls all take time away from the work your team is there to do. A managed plan brings those responsibilities under one roof, with a written record of your environment and a straightforward way to ask for help.

The office manager is the help desk

Every printer jam, password reset and “my email stopped working” lands on the person who has an actual job to do.

Nobody is sure what is backed up

Updates happen when someone remembers. Backups were set up once. Whether either is working today is a guess.

New starters wait for access

A new hire spends the first days without an account, a computer that works, or the right software.

Vendors point at each other

The internet provider blames the network, the copier company blames the computers, and you are the one on hold.

The work behind your work.

Every plan is remote-first and puts a small management agent on each computer. It sees system health and update status. It does not see your screen, your files or your email. Remote-control sessions happen only when you ask for help, with you watching.

All plans

Computer health and updates

A small management agent on each computer applies Windows and application security updates and tells us when a machine is unhealthy: a failing disk, low storage, a computer that has quietly stopped updating.

All plans

Accounts and access

Microsoft 365 administration: new hires set up, departures shut down as soon as you tell us, passwords reset, sign-in security enforced.

All plans

Documentation and planning

A complete, current written picture of your setup, a monthly maintenance summary, a quarterly check-in and equipment replacement reminders, so nothing lives only in someone’s head.

All plans

Vendor management

When the internet goes down or the copier company blames the network, we make those calls and speak their language. You have one number: ours.

Managed and Complete

Security and backup

Managed endpoint security with alerts triaged by us, Microsoft 365 backup with an annual verified restore, patch compliance reporting and internal vulnerability scanning. Complete adds full machine image backup and a quarterly external vulnerability assessment.

Managed and Complete

Everyday support

Faults, how-to questions, small changes, new accounts, printers and email, with no per-ticket charge and no monthly limit during business hours. On Foundation the same help is available at an hourly rate.

Three plans, priced per computer per month.

Pricing is per computer, not per person, and the rate depends on how many computers you have. Every computer in your office is billed at the rate for its size band. Servers are priced on a separate line. There is no base price and no minimum. Rates as of September 2026.

Support hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern. Servers and software licences are separate. Projects, migrations, training, on-site visits and after-hours work are quoted separately on every plan.

What would your office pay?

Your computers at your rate, plus any servers. Licences are separate. We confirm the count at onboarding.

8 computers is the 6 to 10 computers band, so every computer is billed at that rate.

Foundation$55 per computer, $100 per server

Managed$80 per computer, $150 per server
$790/mo
Complete$110 per computer, $200 per server
$1,080/mo

What it actually costs, by office size.

The rate applies to every computer in the office. An office that grows from 5 computers to 6 pays the 6-to-10 rate on all six. The monthly price is simply your computers at your rate, plus any servers.

Clear about what is included.

We count computers, not people.

Every managed workstation and laptop is one charge. A shared machine with no assigned user, such as one on the shop floor or at a counter, counts once however many people use it. Phones and tablets are not counted. Servers are billed on their own line. The count is agreed at onboarding and reviewed whenever it changes, so your bill moves only when your office does.

Support on Managed and Complete is unlimited.

During business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern: faults, how-to questions, small changes, new accounts, printers and email, with no per-ticket charge and no monthly limit. On Foundation the same help is billed at $150 an hour. Projects, training, on-site visits and after-hours work are quoted separately. If support volume is consistently driven by an underlying cause, such as hardware past its service life, we will raise it and fix the cause rather than absorb it indefinitely.

Licences are separate, and where you buy them is your choice.

Microsoft sells its licences per person, not per computer, so they never sit inside the plan fee. Keep buying them where you do today, or move them to our invoice for one bill and one phone call. If they come through us they are billed at cost plus a small margin and stay in your name. Managed and Complete are built on Microsoft 365 Business Premium for each person who needs email and Office; if you already use Microsoft 365 this is usually a licence-level change, not a disruption.

Getting started and the term.

Onboarding is included: discovery, documentation of your environment and deployment carry no separate charge. If your email is on Gmail, your internet provider or an older copy of Office, we migrate you first as a one-time project quoted at a fixed price before work begins. The agreement is a one-year initial term, then month to month; after the first year you can cancel with 60 days written notice. Pricing is reviewed annually.

A planned handover, not a leap.

Already have an IT provider? We review your setup and plan the switch around your current agreement. We agree on scope and timing before anything changes.

  1. 01

    Talk through your office

Roughly how many computers, what runs on them, who supports you today and what gets in the way. Fifteen minutes is usually enough to know whether a plan fits.

  2. 02

Confirm the count and the monthly price

We agree the computer and server count, the plan, and any one-time work such as a migration, so the first invoice holds no surprises.

  3. 03

    Plan the handover

If someone manages your IT today, we time onboarding around your current agreement, transfer admin credentials and remove their tools so you are never paying two providers or left uncovered.

  4. 04

    Onboard and get to work

Discovery, documentation of your environment and deployment of our management agent are included. From there, you have one number to call.

Questions offices ask first.

Ridgepoint’s plans run from $60 to $120 per computer per month, depending on the plan and the size of your office. Foundation is $60, $55 or $50 per computer for offices of 1 to 5, 6 to 10, or 11 or more computers. Managed is $90, $80 or $75. Complete is $120, $110 or $100. Servers are $100, $150 or $200 a month each. There is no base price and no minimum, so a three-computer office on Foundation pays $180 a month.

Per computer. Every managed workstation and laptop is one charge. A shared machine with no assigned user, such as one on the shop floor or at a counter, counts once however many people use it. Phones and tablets are not counted. Servers are billed on their own line. The count is agreed at onboarding and reviewed whenever it changes.

Managed and Complete include unlimited support during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern: faults, how-to questions, small changes, new accounts, printers and email, with no per-ticket charge and no monthly limit. On Foundation the same help is billed at $150 an hour. Projects, training, on-site visits and after-hours work are quoted separately on every plan.

Included support is during business hours. Monitoring and patching run around the clock automatically, but a staffed desk does not. After-hours emergency work is available at $225 an hour with a one-hour minimum and is agreed with you first.

No. Microsoft sells licences per person, not per computer, so they never sit inside the plan fee. You can keep buying them where you do today, or move them to our invoice for one bill and one phone call. If they come through us they are billed at cost plus a small margin and stay in your name. We quote your exact licence cost at onboarding from what you already own.

No. Discovery, documentation of your environment and deployment of our management tools carry no separate charge. A migration, such as moving email from Gmail or an older copy of Office to Microsoft 365, is a one-time project quoted at a fixed price before work begins.

A one-year initial term, then month to month. After the first year you can cancel with 60 days written notice. Pricing is reviewed annually, and we tell you before anything changes.

Yes. We review your setup, check the notice period in your current agreement, and time onboarding around it. Admin credentials are transferred, their management tools removed, documentation rebuilt and licences moved to one invoice if you want them there. You are never paying two providers or left uncovered in between.

Full management needs Windows 10 or 11 Pro, or macOS. Machines on Windows Home, or on a Windows version past Microsoft’s support window, are flagged during discovery with an upgrade path in your budget roadmap. We will not represent a machine as covered when it cannot be adequately secured.

Complete adds full machine image backup (a failed computer is restored, not rebuilt), QuickBooks Online backup, a quarterly external vulnerability assessment with a plain-language report, priority response so your requests go to the front of the line, and three-year budget planning. Managed covers unlimited business-hours support, managed endpoint security, Microsoft 365 backup, patch reporting and internal vulnerability scanning.

Every plan is remote-first, which is how most issues are resolved fastest. On-site visits are a half-day add-on at $550. We are based in Wood County, so being in the room is practical across the Toledo area and Northwest Ohio when it helps.

Yes. AI and automation projects and cybersecurity advisory are separate engagements with their own scope, handled by the same team. Many managed IT clients start there once the day-to-day is under control.

Tell us about your office.

Roughly how many computers do you have, and what would you like to work better? We follow up within one business day to talk through whether a plan fits. No pitch, no pressure.
